The founding pilot, in plain words (PILOT-1)

• This pilot is unpaid. You take part to help build fair, local training for AI, and we say thank you with a small gift and, if you choose, public credit.
• Credit is your choice. By default only your contributor id is shown. You can choose to have your name shown instead; you can change this later.
• Invented examples only. Never use real client, employer or personal details. Change every name and number.
• What we keep: your profile, your answers and checks, and the time you accepted these terms. We keep them for the length of the pilot and up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them.
• What we do with it: turn your stories and checks into practice records that AI systems are trained and tested on. Your words are kept so you can always see where a rule came from.
• Leaving: you can stop at any time. From your dashboard you can download everything we hold about you and ask us to delete your personal data.
• When paid work starts, you will be asked first, and the rate is shown before you take anything.
